hi there, me and my partner are moving to fuerteventura in novemeber.He will be working there and i am already in possession of a spanish residencia as have lived all over spain and islands for 10 years, howevr, can anyone please tell me how do i obtain a certificate of no impediment? is it a consular service as i havent lived in the uk for over 10 years?? He is south african so all the paperwork is scary as we arent there until novemeber due to other work commiments elsewhere in spain. can anyone help me, or point me in the right direction. we will be based in gran tarajal..
